  • Provide direct patient care, implementing physicians' prescribed care plans and maintaining accurate documentation in the system of record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and well-being.
  • Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and promote health through education and training to family members.

Requirements:

  • Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse License in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional nursing care to pediatric patients.
