Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our healthcare laundry team in Seattle, WA. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing production associates, ensuring production standards are met, and maintaining a quality assurance program that meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production associates to ensure efficient production processes
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Establish and maintain a quality assurance program to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage product control programs to minimize loss and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Maintain high associate approval ratings and promote a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or plant management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred
    • Strong organizational and oral communication skills
    • Computer literate with general PC applications and Excel
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
    • Healthcare industry experience a plus
