Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team at Marmon Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mobile cranes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile cranes to lift and move heavy loads, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on the fleet to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute complex lifting operations, ensuring accurate calculations and precise execution.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of crane safety procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator or Heavy Equipment Specialist.
  • Valid certification for Rigging, registered with NCCCO and/or NCCER.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
