Medical Scribe

SuperScribe LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team in Macon, GA.

Job Purpose & Duties:

Serve as a personal clerical assistant to Orthopedic Providers, focusing primarily on documentation of patient charts.

Accompany physicians into patient rooms to thoroughly document patients' electronic medical records.

Track and document laboratory and radiology studies.

Research past medical records, record medications given, responses to therapy, and physician consultations.

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age.

Commit to 9+ months of availability to work at least 2-3 shifts weekly.

Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Macon, GA.

Interested in pursuing a career in healthcare.

Experience with computers and typing.

Sharp, motivated, and reliable.

Some knowledge of medical terminology.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to type at 50+ words per minute.

Job Types: Part-Time, Variable-Hour, Contract.

Pay: $13.00 per hour.
