WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person (industrial setting)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Manufacturing Associate plays a crucial role in interpreting packaging information to assemble and produce various products. Responsibilities include:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Positioning components and subassemblies accurately.
  • Ensuring all parts fit together correctly to meet product specifications.
  • Utilizing hands-on skills or machinery to achieve high precision in tasks.
  • Following detailed instructions as outlined in manuals, schematics, and other documentation.
  • Assembling complex products by integrating smaller components.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Adhering to assembly guidelines and blueprints.
  • Listening attentively to supervisory directions.
  • Interpreting measurements and verifying specifications.
  • Troubleshooting any malfunctions that may arise.
  • Reporting errors and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with standard hand and power tools.
  • Physical requirements include frequent walking, reaching, sitting, climbing, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

PAY RATE: $17-18/hour

SCHEDULE: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required.
