About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current nursing licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
