**Job Summary**
Finalsite is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Professional Services team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing complex data sets, developing reports, and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to create reports for Professional Services Leaders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators.
- Identify trends and patterns to optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and operational improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce or CloudCoach.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.
