**Job Summary**

Finalsite is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Professional Services team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing complex data sets, developing reports, and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to create reports for Professional Services Leaders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators.
  • Identify trends and patterns to optimize operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and operational improvement.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CloudCoach.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.
