Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity across multiple sources. This role will also involve developing and maintaining data management processes, auditing data entry, and providing technical support to HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large sets of HR data and ensure its accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Audit data entry in SAP SuccessFactors and UKG on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure the highest level of accuracy for data entered into SuccessFactors and UKG.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for data corrections that are required in the SuccessFactors database.
  • Assist with support of all aspects of HR as it relates to data requests, including data availability, ad-hoc reports, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to recommend functionalities and business process changes based on knowledge of HR applications and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Five (5) years of experience managing and analyzing HR data, including high-volume data processing and auditing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience working with data in SAP SuccessFactors and its modules.
  • Experience working with UKG.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an expert level is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
