We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide to join our team at The Sentinel of Amsterdam. Our Assisted Living Facility provides a supportive environment for our residents, and we need someone who can deliver exceptional care and services.

• Provide personal care activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
• Meet the safety needs of clients, including the safe use of equipment such as side rails, step stools, wheelchairs, and oxygen.
• Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Participate in the supervisory process with other members of the healthcare team as required by NYS law.
• Perform other assigned duties as required by the supervising nurse.

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of resident and family information.
• Adherence to agency dress code and personal hygiene practices.
