Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guitar Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repairs, as well as a passion for music and strong customer service skills.

About the Job

As a Guitar Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guitar repair and maintenance services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with customers to identify and address their instrument-related needs
  • Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to connect with customers in a meaningful way
  • Able to learn quickly and take positive action without being requested to do so
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
