Job Title: Youth ACT Clinician

Access is seeking a dynamic and passionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a Youth ACT Clinician, you will work closely with youth ages 10-21 with acute behavioral health needs, providing clinical treatment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive, highly coordinated services.

Job Summary:

The Youth ACT Licensed Mental Health Professional will conduct assessments, provide person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally humble treatment, including crisis intervention. They will participate in staff meetings, daily clinical case conferences, and other agency or program meetings, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of documentation in electronic charts and case records.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in staff meetings and daily clinical case conferences
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation in electronic charts and case records
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
Requirements:
  • NYS License in one of the following categories: Psychologist, Clinical/Masters Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Creative Arts Therapist
  • Experience working with youth and their families both individually and as a group
  • Experience working in community-based settings, preferred
  • Familiarity with the Orange County System of Services, preferred
