Role Responsibilities:
The Integrated Specialty Pharmacy Navigator will collaborate with medical clinic care teams to provide pharmacy-focused administrative support and assist in coordinating care for patients starting or continuing specialty medication treatments. This role will operate under the guidance of prescribing providers and pharmacists.
Key Functions:
- Expedite patient access to medications.
- Ensure treatment affordability and adherence to therapy.
- Facilitate seamless delivery of patient care services through collaboration with medical staff.

Full-time
Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $24.11 - $30.14, based on experience.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in Washington and/or Oregon upon hire.
- Must obtain licensure in both states within three months of hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting with strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit investigation, prior authorization support, and patient financial assistance programs.
- Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new software.
- Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, involving extensive keyboard and telephone work. Flexibility in hours may be required to meet business needs.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with insurance companies to investigate medication benefit coverage.
- Provide prior authorization support, including health history entry and documentation submission.
- Connect patients with financial support programs and additional resources as needed.
