Job Description

As a Disability Assessment Psychologist with MRG Exams, you will play a crucial role in serving our nation's veterans. Your responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive assessments of Veterans' behavioral health records and perform in-person evaluations to determine the extent of their disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed psychologist to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who have served our country. You will work independently as an Independent Contractor, reviewing and assessing 4 Veterans per day on average.

The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program, possess an active and unrestricted psychology license, and meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of Veterans' behavioral health records and perform in-person evaluations
  • Determine the extent of Veterans' disabilities based on assessment findings
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through a secure web portal
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted psychology license
  • Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
Benefits:
  • Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 2 days per week (8am-5pm)

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
