Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide meaningful reporting and analysis.
  • Utilize reporting tools and source systems to extract business insights.
  • Model data within BI and analysis tools to create user-friendly data infrastructure.
  • Lead BI projects from requirements gathering to implementation and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality standards and suggest process improvements as needed.
  • Conduct deep dives to diagnose business challenges and provide valuable insights.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis or business analysis, preferably in a financial setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, analytics, or related field from an accredited institution or 2 additional years combined experience in a setting that demonstrates analytical capability.
  • Microsoft certification in Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications or education preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience using T-SQL, SQL, or other data extraction coding languages.
  • Thorough knowledge in analytical software such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience with data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and SQL querying techniques.
  • Experience building reporting solutions and data visualization.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position located off-site in Utah. The ideal candidate will be able to sit, talk, and hear consistently, and will have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
