Position Summary:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment operates safely and efficiently. This position involves troubleshooting, monitoring, adjusting, and repairing various manufacturing machinery and equipment throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Install, adjust, modify, and service all types of equipment.
  • Assess equipment reliability and implement improvements to enhance performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Understanding of heavy machinery safety protocols (LOTO).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance roles.
  • Proficient in mechanics, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, welding, and electrical work.
  • Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Specialization in Industrial Maintenance and technology.
  • Ability to complete work orders safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Willingness to learn all manufacturing processes.

Work Environment:

· Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.

· Capable of lifting and moving equipment or components weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as required.
