At Inspire Home Health, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a physical therapy program to treat patients' medical diagnosis and/or for functional maintenance and restoration affected by their illness or injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update individualized plans of care for patients
