We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Renal Health Practitioner to join our team at Infojini.

Job Description:

As an Advanced Renal Health Practitioner, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care through dialysis treatments. Your expertise will help patients receive shorter, gentler, and more frequent treatments, closely mimicking the function of healthy kidneys. This approach leads to decreased recovery times and a significant improvement in patients' quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional levels of compassionate care, working closely with patients to understand their needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients' progress, identifying potential complications, and taking prompt action to address them.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs. Your passion for delivering exceptional patient care will make a tangible difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
  • Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
  • Geriatric patient experience - Required
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience
  • CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
  • Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
  • BSN Preferred

  • Additional license requirements: IL License must be in hand upon submission
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
