Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality preventive oral care services, including conventional periodontal therapy and non-surgical periodontal therapy. You will work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate digital documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical hygiene functions, including exposing and evaluating x-rays, oral cancer screening, prophylaxis, and fluoride treatments.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, disease processes, and home care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete digital documentation.
  • Sterilize dental instruments properly.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and secure electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
Requirements:
  • Professional and friendly chair-side manner.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and changes.
  • Knowledge of cross-contamination and prevention.
  • Maintain continuing education courses.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.
  • CPR and First Aid certificate.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist License.
