Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality: Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Financial Management: Develop and drive restaurant annual operating plans, analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables, and take corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets.
- Operations: Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to company standards, monitor inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment daily, and establish restaurant speed with service (SWS) targets.
- Human Resources: Direct all restaurant-level HR activity, including crew hiring decisions, learning zone planning, performance management, compensation, and employee relations issues.
- Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Deliver excellence in customer service, possess a strong eye for detail and cleanliness, and consistently seek to improve the customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise others, efficiently coordinate their work, and provide clear direction and authority.
- Business Savvy: Identify problems quickly, assertively develop and implement solutions, and manage restaurant flow to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Identify appropriate staff development needs and action plans, and ensure time is available for crew development.
- Educational Attainment/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED, supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, and proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
