Job Summary

Choptank Community Health System, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team. As a Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pediatric patient management, including direct patient care, documentation, and referral of specialty services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients
  • Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Postgraduate training in Pediatric Dentistry or equivalent certification
  • Current valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Maryland
  • Board certification by a recognized Board of Dentistry
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
  • Current valid DEA license
