We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our Wound Clinic team as a Nursing Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising, assessing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating patient care and staff development.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Lead and develop staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Certification in Wound Care or a related field is preferred.
