Job Title: Pharmacy Director

PDC Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our pharmacy component, including planning, organizing, implementing, and directing all programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy
  • Review and analyze ongoing services to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to pharmacy operations
  • Hire, train, and supervise employees as needed
  • Communicate regularly with medical and nursing staffs
  • Conduct regular staff meetings
  • Maintain standards for programs in accordance with regulatory agencies and state and federal law

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of three years experience in a closed-door pharmacy practice
  • Effective communication, organizational, and management skills
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
