Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' functional abilities.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation of client progress.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state OT license.

- Experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
