Tool and Die Setter

We are seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, a leading provider of metal fabrication services. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in tool and die making and be able to troubleshoot and repair progressive stamping dies.

• Set up and operate shop equipment, including lathes and grinders, to machine parts and verify conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair progressive stamping dies, including disassembling, repairing, and reassembling.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of machined parts.
• Work with American SAE and Metric systems.
• Follow company safety policies and work in a team environment.

• High school education required; five years of experience in tool and die repair in metal stamping or related technical field.
• Accredited journeyman's tool maker certificate preferred.
• Basic measuring tools, hand tools, and toolbox required.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and move up to 35 pounds.
