POSITION SUMMARY
As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drink experiences for our guests by following precise recipes and utilizing measuring techniques. You will manage the opening and serving of wine and champagne bottles, ensuring the bar area is clean and well-maintained. Your role includes preparing fresh garnishes, stocking essential supplies such as ice and glassware, and transporting materials to the bar setup area. You will also be tasked with washing glassware and removing soiled items from the bar and tables, placing them in designated areas. Anticipating and communicating replenishment needs is crucial to maintaining service efficiency. You will handle various payment methods, count your cash drawer at the end of your shift, complete necessary cashier reports, and address any discrepancies.
It is essential to secure all alcoholic beverages, coolers, and storage areas, and to complete closing duties diligently.
Adhering to all company policies regarding safety and security is paramount; you will report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to your supervisor and complete required safety training and certifications.
You are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information.Welcoming and acknowledging guests in accordance with company standards, anticipating their needs, and expressing genuine appreciation are key aspects of your role.
Communication with guests and team members should be clear and professional.Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, supporting team objectives, and responding appropriately to the concerns of others are vital for a harmonious work environment.
You will ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards, read and verify information in various formats, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds.Flexibility in movement is required, including navigating narrow spaces and uneven surfaces, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees. You may also be asked to perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification:
None
The compensation for this position is $19.96 per hour, along with health care benefits, accrued paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.
