Job Requirements
  • Possess mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills, with a strong understanding of materials and techniques.
  • 3+ years of experience repairing heavily damaged vehicles in the custom car, truck, and/or Hot Rod industry, with a preference for European car experience.
  • Proficiency in welding (Tig & Mig) is required, with experience in the Composites Field being a significant advantage.
  • Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Motivated to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Self-supply basic personal tools, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools, with a strong understanding of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department.
  • Properly repair collision damage, with a focus on body sheet metal fab and repair, structural fabrication, and panel replacement.
  • Maintain proper records of time and materials, with a focus on establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and other departments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
