Rochester Regional Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to oversee the delivery of patient care and manage the facility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Unit Management: Provide onsite management of the facility, oversee the delivery of patient care, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Patient Care: Round on patients and families with concerns or complaints, collaborate with staff to provide care that respects patients' personal values and beliefs, and support patients and families in making informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, lead, and prioritize effectively
