We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacogenomics Pharmacist to enhance our healthcare team. This position focuses on leveraging genetic information to tailor medication therapies for patients, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive pharmacogenomic assessments to identify how genetic variations affect individual responses to medications.
• Develop personalized medication therapy plans based on genetic information to improve efficacy and reduce adverse effects.
• Provide patient counseling and education on pharmacogenomic testing, results interpretation, and implications for medication therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and enhance patient outcomes using pharmacogenomic data.
