Job Description

The Paralegal/Case Manager is a pivotal role within Phaxis - Support Services, entrusted with the administration of commercial matters. This position involves the meticulous handling, processing, and administration of cases submitted for mediation and/or arbitration. The successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for Commercial clients, collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional services.
  • Forge new relationships within client organizations, expanding Phaxis - Support Services' reach.
  • Assist in recruiting and vetting Neutrals throughout the US and internationally.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the legal industry (litigation preferred) or ADR industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior communication skills.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical & Dental insurance and 401K plan.
