Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Operate and maintain sanitation equipment, including floor scrubbers, boom lifts, and industrial vacuum systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in training new employees and provide guidance on sanitation procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous industrial and/or food manufacturing sanitation experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years sanitation experience, with a strong understanding of sanitation procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
