Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive experience in various aspects of renovation, including carpentry, painting, drywall installation and repair, and ceramic tile work, along with a basic understanding of electrical and plumbing tasks. The Remodeling Specialist is expected to have their own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Driver's License.


As a full-time employee, you will have access to benefits such as paid sick leave, vacation days, and paid holidays. A drug test and physical examination are mandatory. We maintain a Drug-Free Zero Tolerance policy and do not discriminate against individuals for lawful off-duty product use.


This role offers 40+ hour work weeks, with overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in remodeling
  • Valid driver's license and social security card
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a safety-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Trim carpentry
    • Tile installation
    • Door installation
    • Drywall installation and repair
  • Utilize hand tools and operate heavy machinery as required
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion

Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
  • Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials
  • Reliable transportation

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in remodeling
  • Demonstrated experience in construction and renovation projects
  • Expertise in the following areas:
    • Trim carpentry
    • Tile laying
    • Door hanging
    • Drywall installation and repair
