Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Professional Mover to join our team at 360WOWINC. As a key member of our moving crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely and efficiently relocating clients' belongings.

Company Overview:

Salary and Benefits:

  • An average pay of $22-$25+/hour, including tips, bonuses, and base pay.
  • 401K with 4% match after 500 hours worked for both full-time and part-time employees.
  • Health insurance after 60 days if full time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help people move to and from various locations in the Twin Cities area.
  • Safely deliver customers' belongings without damage.
  • Lift objects weighing over 100 pounds repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and walking.
