We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through your eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, and ability to prioritize.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Assist Customers

Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.

Uphold Company Standards

Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.

Promote Company Programs

Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Prior Retail Experience

Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).

Work Environment

Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.

Repetitive Motions

Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range

$13 - $20. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
