We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Greene Health & Rehab Center. As a Night Shift RN Leader, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurses and nursing assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related healthcare facility
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment
