About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights into media planning, investment, and measurement processes across North America Stores. As a leader, you will partner with stakeholders to design and implement media attribution models, ensuring seamless synergy between central analytics teams and marketing planning functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Analytics teams to develop modern measurement plans and long-term roadmaps
  • Create a NAS-wide measurement framework and KPIs to evaluate experiences, campaigns, or investments in paid, owned, and earned media environments
  • Write analytical documents and develop reporting providing clear insights, actions, and recommendations
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating collaboration between analytics teams and marketing functions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You should have experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, with skills in Excel, Tableau, data manipulation, and macro creation. Additionally, you should possess experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches, and holding 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing, finance, or business analytics experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A background in SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis, customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting would be beneficial.
