Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise Guest Service associates, reinforcing company culture and expectations.
- Manage Guest Service operations, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of associates.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
