Director of Content Strategy + Production
This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring some in-office collaboration.
Compensation: $115k-$135k
As the Director of Content Strategy + Production, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our narrative through engaging multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive our multimedia content strategy, focusing on video production, podcasts, and interactive experiences.
- Lead the ideation, creation, and dissemination of high-quality video materials, including long-form podcasts, short-form videos, product showcases, customer testimonials, and thought leadership content.
- Oversee the content calendar across all platforms, ensuring a unified narrative that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Manage a diverse team of content professionals, including videographers, editors, writers, and designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content that supports product launches, marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and other market activations.
- Innovate and implement new storytelling techniques through multimedia channels to effectively engage our target audience.
About You:
- You possess a strong background in multimedia content leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, including at least 3 years in multimedia production and team management.
- You excel in storytelling across multiple formats, particularly in video production, and are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
- You have a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility through multimedia content, creating engaging video materials and SEO-optimized editorial content.
- You are an effective communicator and presenter, skilled in delivering impactful presentations and coaching executives in brand messaging.
- You inspire creativity and growth within your team, fostering an environment of continuous learning in the dynamic field of multimedia production.
- You maintain a robust network within the multimedia industry, leveraging connections for collaborations and partnerships.
- You are an innovative thinker, eager to explore new content formats and production techniques, and actively seek feedback to refine your work.
- You present a diverse portfolio of multimedia projects, showcasing your expertise across various platforms and formats.
