We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Hutto, TX.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a school psychologist. The successful candidate will have expertise in psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies, as well as knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop effective intervention plans.">
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide support and services to students.">
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and achievement.">
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to ensure timely completion of duties.">
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and administrators.">
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.">
  • A valid School Psychologist License in Texas.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.">
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.">
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.">
  • A commitment to cultural competence and equity in service delivery.">
  • The ability to pass a drug and background check.">
