About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center in Kennebunk, ME. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
