Job Summary:

BOARD IN BIRMINGHAM LLC is seeking a skilled Charcuterie Board Artist to join our team. As a Charcuterie Board Artist, you will be responsible for designing and preparing visually stunning charcuterie boards that showcase a variety of cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, and other specialty items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare charcuterie boards that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal or themed board offerings.
• Monitor inventory of charcuterie ingredients and supplies.
• Interact with customers to answer questions and provide information about the charcuterie boards.

Requirements:

• Must hold or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification and Responsible Vendor certification.
• Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or culinary arts preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling of ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
