About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Extension Specialist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lash Artistry and Tinting: Apply lash extensions and tinting services to clients, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Upselling and Product Promotion: Promote and sell Deka Lash products and services to clients, including lash care and maintenance products.
  • Client Service and Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, engage with clients, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Sanitation and Industry Standards: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as required, including assisting with studio cleaning and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License: Possess a current cosmetology or esthetician license, with a focus on lash extension techniques.
  • Lash Extension Certification: Hold a lash extension certification, with a focus on Deka Lash techniques.
  • Positive Attitude and Lash Extension Skills: Bring a positive attitude and strong lash extension skills to the role.
  • Ability to Learn and Grow: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, with a focus on developing and perfecting lash extension skills.
  • Knowledge of Deka Lash Products: Possess knowledge of Deka Lash retail products, including lash care and maintenance products.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to consult and design lash designs based on client preference and need.
