">We are looking for a talented Lead Technology Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our overall technology architecture and roadmap. This includes B2B API strategy, CRM platform, external and internal system, cloud hosting and deployment, data warehouse/reporting, and A/B testing framework for systems supporting B2C and B2B2C customers.
">- Develop and execute our overall technology architecture and roadmap.
- Establish a loosely coupled architecture that is resilient, modular, highly scalable and flexible to expand based on business direction.
- Implement foundational frameworks to deliver a highly scalable and performant mobile-first website that is SEO-optimized and designed for rapid development and deployment.
- Evaluate CRM implementation and rearchitect for growth and flexibility.
- Develop and implement a data warehouse strategy for the business.
Key Responsibilities
">- Design and implement our overall technology architecture and roadmap.
- Develop a B2B API strategy to acquire leads and process invoices from clients/providers.
- Implement a loosely coupled architecture to reduce dependency and build scalability and resiliency.
- Develop architecture for our new assessment platform and data entry tool for field nurses.
- Develop architecture for our advise tool used by customer service reps.
- Talent evaluation and upskilling plan.
Requirements
">- 10-15 years of experience as a hands-on technology architect/leader with 8-10 years of experience in building supporting web, mobile, API platforms, data warehouse.
- Full stack development skills (node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, React, JavaScript, SQL, data warehouse).
- 8-10 years of experience in Tech SEO leading market-leading websites.
- 4.5 years of CRM experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Senior Care Industry.
- Experience in implementing Customer Data Platforms, Analytics tools, A/B Testing framework, marketing integrations.
- 2-3 years of experience in building web rendering engines.
- 4-5 years of experience in optimizing web sites for performance, including improving Core Web Vitals as defined by Google.
- Experience in organization evaluation, upskilling, and reorganization multiple times.
- Experience in implementing data strategies and AI & ML-based solutions.
- Full stack experience in supporting and executing web redesigns.
- Expertise in Google Search Console.
- Highly collaborative, results-driven, team player.
Estimated Salary Range: $155-$165 per hour.
