The Food & Beverage Cashier plays a crucial role in accurately processing food and beverage transactions while engaging with guests in a friendly and efficient manner. This position may involve working at various locations within the resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service while interacting with guests in a respectful and timely manner.
  • Respond to inquiries with knowledge and professionalism.
  • Utilize the POS system to accurately manage cash and card transactions.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of customer and business information.
  • Maintain awareness of food and beverage offerings and pricing.
  • Assist in stocking beverages, snacks, and grab-and-go items.
  • Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and stocked while adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Keep service counters tidy and presentable.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications related to alcohol service.
