Branch Manager Position

The Middlefield Banking Company is a leading commercial bank and LPL Financial brokerage headquartered in Middlefield, Ohio. We have 21 branches serving various communities across the state. Our bank has been a leader in delivering quality personal financial services since 1901.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation of the branch, managing staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, developing, evaluating, rewarding, and coaching.
  • Develop business within the branch's geographic area through sales and business development calls.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships both internally and externally.
  • Take loan applications, make referrals, and follow leads to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen with attention to operational policies and procedures.
  • Strong sales ability and persuasiveness.
  • High School Diploma and some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years related management experience in financial services, including sales, lending, and supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in bank information systems and software.
