To be successful as a Lead Teacher at KinderCare, you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and staff.
  • A strong background in early childhood education, with experience working with children aged 5-12 years old.
  • Possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or equivalent, with active pursuit of higher qualifications.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors and outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children.
