  • Responsible for the quality of clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Assist with nurse staffing, including performance evaluations, interviews, and orientation of nurses.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor staff to achieve top-of-license practice.

  • On-call availability is required.
