Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care in a culturally sensitive manner
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
- Experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a part-time position working in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
