Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical social work assessments to identify patient and family needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address psychosocial needs and promote emotional, social, and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide education and support to patients and families.
- Provide information and resources to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans according to department and regulatory standards.
- Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
- Current Massachusetts license as LICSW.
- One to two years of clinical experience in a medical setting with a mental health background preferred.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse populations.
