Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based ventilator management strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of paid experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist within the last three years. Your experience should also be within your specialty in a hospital setting.
