About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rack Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Magna Exteriors. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for repairing, welding, and modifying castings and racks to ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and modify castings and racks as needed
  • Weld and fabricate special projects as required
  • Trolley repair and rebuild
  • Carrier changeovers and builds
  • Reassign carriers or paint line at the Track Switch for production needs

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Active welding certificate of 3 or more years and pass a welding test

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Ability to use tape measure, plasma cutter, welding torch, welder, aluminum welder, impact gun, steel welder, and oxygen acetylene
